In-office appointments require the deposit shown at checkout, which is credited toward the service balance. Current deposits are $60 for Standard and Prenatal GentleDraw™ Sessions, $85 for Pediatric GentleDraw™ Sessions, and $125 for Standard or Specialized IV Therapy. The $60 GentleDraw™ Consultation is paid in full at booking. The remaining balance for a deposited service is due before service unless checkout states otherwise. Mobile services require payment in full at booking, and disclosed travel, parking, access, after-hours, or distance charges may apply. In-office appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without forfeiting the deposit; mobile appointments require at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit applicable prepaid amounts, subject to law and reasonable exceptions. If GentleDraw Spa must change an appointment, we will first offer a reasonable alternative and transfer prepaid amounts. If we cannot offer a reasonable alternative, prepaid amounts will be refunded. Mobile locations must be accurately described, reasonably safe, sanitary, and accessible; we may delay, reschedule, or decline unsafe or inappropriate service.
