Refund Policy

Booking, cancellation, and refund terms

In-office and mobile appointments

Effective August 24, 2026. The deposit shown at checkout reserves an in-office appointment and is credited toward the service price. Current deposits are $60 for Standard and Prenatal GentleDraw™ Sessions, $85 for Pediatric GentleDraw™ Sessions, and $125 for Standard or Specialized IV Therapy. The $60 GentleDraw™ Consultation is paid in full at booking. Any remaining service balance is due before care unless checkout states otherwise. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before an in-office appointment to avoid forfeiting the deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit applicable prepaid amounts, subject to law and any exception GentleDraw Spa grants in its reasonable discretion.

Mobile services require full payment at booking. Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid forfeiting the prepaid fee. Disclosed travel, parking, access, after-hours, or distance charges may apply. If GentleDraw Spa must change an appointment, we will first make reasonable efforts to offer a reasonable alternative and transfer prepaid amounts. If GentleDraw Spa cannot offer a reasonable alternative, prepaid amounts will be refunded. A preference for the original time alone does not require a refund when a reasonable alternative is available, subject to law and patient-specific clinical timing needs communicated to us.

Completed services and refund timing

Fees for services already provided are nonrefundable except where required by law. Concerns about a completed service should be sent promptly to Contact@GentleDrawSpa.com for review. Patient discomfort, a clinical outcome, or an incomplete procedure does not automatically establish entitlement to a refund when professional time, supplies, assessment, or care were provided, although GentleDraw Spa may determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances. One-time Spa Pass purchases are nonrefundable after any included visit is redeemed; a request concerning a wholly unused pass may be reviewed in GentleDraw Spa’s discretion and remains subject to law. Essential Membership cancellations, early termination charges, renewal, and refunds are governed by the policy expressly accepted at plan checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when practicable; financial institutions and payment processors control posting times.
