Service Description
A focused, private planning visit for patients or caregivers seeking a calmer approach to future venipuncture or needle-related care. We discuss nervousness, anxiety, trypanophobia, prior difficult experiences, sensory or access needs, communication preferences, and practical comfort strategies so the care team can outline an individualized visit plan. No blood draw, IV therapy, diagnostic testing, or emergency care is provided during this consultation. A brief comfort assessment is already included when a patient books a paid clinical service; this standalone consultation is for those who want dedicated planning time before deciding or booking.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit shown at checkout reserves an in-office appointment and is credited toward the service price. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid forfeiting the deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit applicable prepaid amounts, subject to law and any exception GentleDraw Spa grants in its reasonable discretion. Any remaining balance is due before care unless checkout states otherwise.
