Service Description
Private, considerate GentleDraw™ care for patients who benefit from receiving venipuncture support at home or another eligible private location in Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, Jupiter, or Westlake. Each visit is designed around clear communication, patient-led pacing, thoughtful comfort measures, and a calm, prepared environment. Mobile services begin at $195 and require payment in full at booking. Travel, specimen delivery, extended-support, and mobile IV fees may vary. Appointments are released according to trained mobile staff availability. GentleDraw Spa does not provide emergency services.
Cancellation Policy
Mobile services require full payment at booking. Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid forfeiting the prepaid fee. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit applicable prepaid amounts, subject to law and any exception GentleDraw Spa grants in its reasonable discretion. Disclosed travel, parking, access, after-hours, or distance charges may apply.
