Service Description
An extended, child-centered blood-draw appointment for young patients who benefit from more preparation, specialized smaller-vein expertise, gentle pacing, and caregiver involvement. GentleDraw™ Spa offers age-appropriate communication, thoughtful comfort measures, choices wherever appropriate, and time to settle before leaving. Laboratory testing and clinical orders remain under the direction of the child’s ordering clinician. GentleDraw Spa does not provide emergency care.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit shown at checkout reserves an in-office appointment and is credited toward the service price. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid forfeiting the deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit applicable prepaid amounts, subject to law and any exception GentleDraw Spa grants in its reasonable discretion. Any remaining balance is due before care unless checkout states otherwise.
